Do not move here

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone since I’ve moved in the AC has gone out several times in one summer and it can take over a week to get fixed just to start blowing hot again a few weeks later. There’s always a pest problem and the complex regularly smells like drugs.

Not worth it

This place gets worse every day. The buildings are falling apart after every storm. Office staff are rude and unprofessional, see them smoking around the property, they are also rude and they lie about your deposit. You have to pay a monthly deposit until you move out!! It doesn’t matter if you renew your lease so glad in moving out

Living here

I recently moved into Carling on Frankford, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision. From the moment I toured the property, it was clear this place stands out for its blend of comfort, style, and convenience.

The apartment itself is spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The layout is thoughtful, with an open-plan living and dining area that feels modern and inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample storage… , making it a joy to cook and entertain. The bedrooms are generously sized, and the closets are walk-ins, which is a huge plus!

The amenities here are top-notch. The building features a state-of-the-art fitness center, a rooftop lounge with stunning views, and a beautiful outdoor pool area. The on-site management team is incredibly responsive, always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests, which makes a big difference in the overall experience.

Do not move here

Constant hot water issues, front office staff is horrible and will not respond to emails or pick up the phone, maintenance is horrible. Be prepared to see dead rats or just rats period. Just don’t move here
