Good staff, terribly thin walls

I’ve been here before the name change as well as several management changes. The property itself is beautiful & great amenities. Michael (office staff) and maintenance guys are GREAT. However, most of the neighbors are inconsiderate and loud, the walls are incredibly thin. I was under the impression this complex was for working professionals (it used to be nice and quiet when it was Encino Trace) but unfortunately it’s becoming populated with college kids who throw loud parties and thus, I have… decided to leave. The courtesy officer is prompt and polite, but this does not eradicate the overall issue.

This was my home for my last semester at Texas A&M and I it was my favorite place even as the sole resident in my apartment. They give you access to all services while not asking a whole lot of the residents. The community is pleasant and the people who work there are professional.

Watch out for Renewal

Property was pretty hastily put together to begin with. Says 'luxury' but the appliances definitely are not. Very cheap models of washer, dryer and fridge. You can tell they were saving a dollar. Also, watch out for the fees, trash valet $25/month. Not worth it. 7% mark-up on a lease renewal.
