The Hudson

The Hudson is the perfect place to stay if you want something close to campus. They have great study areas and nice staff.

going on 3 year resident-taylor musso

I love the hudson. This fall will be my 3rd year here, and we plan to live for a 4th year too. I live with one roommate and a cat. The hudson is great at maintenance repairs and they also have monthly giveaways/prizes/parties. It is also steps away from campus and northgate. I would not want to live anywhere else!
There is a pool, many balcony’s, a stocked gym, and lots more to offer! live here!

Studio Apartment

I have lived here in a studio apartment for 2 years, and I’ve really liked my stay! I’m only moving due to the cost of rent here. The distance to campus is unbeatable, and I’ve never had a problem with the management. The maintenance staff is really kind and helpful, and they reply very quickly. The appliances in my apartment are top quality and nothing was damaged when I moved in, besides some paint markings and floor scratches. I love the studio apartment since it actually does give you a real… bedroom, it just doesn’t have a door so they can call it studio. My only complaints would be that the apartment gets really loud and rowdy, I’d assume from being by Northgate. The parking garage gates are also broken more often than not, and there’s barely any trashcans (on the first floor especially). Other than that, I’ve loved my stay!

Super convenient and kind staff

About to live at the Hudson for a 3rd year and I could not be happier. Pet friendly, kind staff, great units, and close to campus. Overall just a great place to live!
