Ivy Point Cypress is a great place to live. It is quiet and clean. Rules are enforced.
Everyone I have met are very friendly. Many activity to enjoy. Staff is great. This is my second 55 Apts. to live in and it is by far the best one in my price range.

This is the second "Over 55" apartment community we have lived in and it is definitely the best. Our daily lives are greatly enhanced by living at Ivy Point Cypress, which includes making and fostering genuine friends that we so enjoy spending time with.
