There are a lot of issues. Firstly, we are in the middle of a millipede infestation right now, they are literally all over the apartment complex and come out of everywhere. There is not enough parking anymore and usually I find parking really far from my apartment. There are cats all over the parking lot and usually in the trash area by the dumpsters. The pool has a bunch of bugs in it. The management is not good - they do not respond to emails, even though they say "don't hesitate to reach... out!" Also the flooring sucks - right after I moved in, I noticed the flooring coming up and called maintenance. They straight up told me the apartments are built bad and the flooring is just a sticker. I also had an issue with my window and when the maintenance people came I heard them talking to each other saying "of course they put it on wrong" about my window... And also the AC is SO LOUD. I would recommend Prose to anyone wanting a safe and quiet environment and wonderful staff. My experience at Prose is the best. I can’t help but say that the staff is amazing.

My experience at Prose Canopy is the best apartment community experience I’ve ever encountered. Being new to the city and not knowing anything, Stacey was EVERYTHING! Not just my leasing consultant but my tour guide also, she’s the best. All of the staff are great! The easiest yes I’ve ever made!
