My experience at Prose Canopy is the best apartment community experience I’ve ever encountered. Being new to the city and not knowing anything, Stacey was EVERYTHING! Not just my leasing consultant but my tour guide also, she’s the best. All of the staff are great! The easiest yes I’ve ever made!

Beautifully maintained community with amazing amenities. The staff is professional, friendly, and always helpful. Maintenance is quick, and the whole place feels safe and welcoming.

The manager, Claudia, and her team, particularly Gilbert, work proactively and have their eyes and presence everywhere in the Prose Community, making sure our community is neat, safe, quiet, ensuring that facilities and amenities are functional as well as do things that keep members happy. My experience at Prose Canopy Apartment complex is unique. Everything from efficiency to effectiveness in responding to every one, is unparalleled. The entire environment is clean and neatly kept all the time from the outside to the corridors of the rooms to the other facilities.I love Prose canopy because of its competent staff, use of technology for everything with all that one needs to do as a resident are done online without being physically present. There's elelevator as a choice for those... who do not want to climb the stairs to their apartments. It's a new lease of life in Prose Canopy with fresh air, no roaches, no flies and insects and it's a very pretty place to make your home and it's new. Lee mas
