Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay.
