Located on one of the most famous streets in Dallas, Swiss Avenue is a short ride to Downtown Dallas and lined with multi-million dollar historic mansions. Uber and Lyft are usually no more than 5 minutes away. The property is close to DART bus lines and the rail station at Baylor Medical/Deep Ellum.
No parties or events are allowed, and quiet time is after 9pm. No firearms are allowed, and no unregistered guests are permitted. Smoking is prohibited, even 420, and must be done 40 feet away from the building outside of any courtyard. No pets are allowed unless pre-approved by the owner, with a limit of one pet 50 pounds or less and a $100 non-refundable deposit. There is a $1,000 fine for any unauthorized pet(s). Check-out time is 12pm sharp, and furniture must not be moved. If furniture is not returned to its original location upon check-out, there will be an additional $50 furniture fee charged. Any damages will be billed to the guest. Upon confirmation of booking, the primary adult guest must send over a photo of ID (just the front is required) as per the building's security rules.
