No pets are allowed unless pre-approved by the owner, with a limit of one pet 50 pounds or less and a $100 non-refundable deposit. There is a $1,000 fine for any unauthorized pets. Check-out time is 12 pm sharp, and furniture must be returned to its original location upon check-out to avoid a $50 furniture fee. Any damages will be billed to the guest. Upon booking confirmation, the primary adult guest must send a photo of ID (just the front is required) per the building's security rules.
