Energy conservation is encouraged by turning off all lights, A/C, and heating whenever you leave the property. Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the owner, with a maximum of one pet under 50 lbs and a $100 non-refundable deposit. Unauthorized pets incur a $1,000 fine. Check-out is at 12:00 PM sharp, and late departures may result in additional fees. Do not move furniture, as a $50 fee applies if items are not returned to their original position at check-out.
