Energy conservation is encouraged by turning off all lights, A/C, and heating whenever you leave the property. Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the owner, with a maximum of 1 pet under 50 lbs and a $100 non-refundable deposit. Unauthorized pets incur a $1,000 fine. Check-out is at 12:00 PM sharp, with late departures potentially resulting in additional fees.
