The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, 55” 4K HDR Smart TV, and coffee table. The kitchen and dining area are fully stocked with modern appliances including a microwave, oven, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and sink with hot/cold water, as well as dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware, and serving trays. The bathroom offers a full bathroom with shower, sink, mirror, and toilet, along with fresh towels and essential toiletries.
Complimentary valet parking is available for one vehicle per stay, but trucks are not permitted. Pets are allowed depending on size, with prior notice required to avoid cancellation. An additional cleaning fee applies: $25 per pet, per night for 1–4 nights, $200 per pet for 5–29 nights, and $300 per pet for 30+ nights.

Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking or 1 hour for same-day bookings. Failure to comply may result in cancellation.
