No pets are allowed unless pre-approved by the owner with a maximum of one pet weighing 50 lbs or less and a $100 non-refundable deposit. There is a $1,000 fine for any unauthorized pets. Check-out time is 12pm sharp. Do not move furniture around, and if furniture is not returned to its original location upon check-out, there will be an additional $50 furniture fee charged.
