No pets are allowed unless pre-approved by the owner, with a maximum of 1 pet weighing 50 lbs or less, and a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. There is a $1,000 fine for any unauthorized pets. Check-out time is 12pm sharp, and furniture must not be moved. If furniture is not returned to its original location upon check-out, a $50 furniture fee will be charged.
