Understand what your committing to
Be careful. In my case, I needed to move out early, but it is cheaper to payout my lease than break it. There break lease policy requires a 60-day notice plus two months' rent. If you don't give a 60-day notice you have to pay the same two months' rent plus the amount of days less notice you gave. Example: Your moving out in 15 days therefore you could not give them at 60 day notice you would owe 45 days plus 2 months rent. If you had a pet you still owe "pet rent". Yes, there is a monthly... charge for your pet. If you sign up for a storage unit and in my case do not need it anymore since I have moved out they are making me pay for that too. Just be careful is all I am saying.

Do not recommend
Looks are decieving... these are so poorly built.. I type this as I stare at the cracks going down my bedrooom wall, my garage is being gutted from a "flood" (a storm that came through and got past their water exit system), hearing my neighbor and her friends stomping around all day and nearly all night, picking cigarette buds outside of my place, and waiting for weeks for a manager to call me back. Don't suggest this for anyone looking for a luxury living area. It's made me grow grey hair!
