We just renewed our lease because the staff, Samantha in particular, is really awesome! We rarely have issues, but when we do, Sam is the solver. I love that our community is small because we have been able to meet a lot of our neighbors. The staff is really great about communicating to us about events and anything going on. I just signed a lease at Camden Henderson! We were really impressed with the staff and customer service while on tour. The pool has a really pretty waterfall and I hope it will stay warm enough to go swimming. The gym is small but we have access to a larger one in walking distance, which is a nice benefit. The community is small, so I imagine it will be as quiet as it was while we were on tour. Our apartment has hardwood floors throughout and a really nice kitchen backsplash. This really is a great place. I had always heard good things about Camden apartments, and I'm very pleased.

The apartments are kept up very well, facilities are clean, and repairs are taken care of very quickly. Even though it's within walking distance of several bars, it's almost never loud. There is typical "I hear my neighbors stomping", but I've experienced that at every complex I've lived in (DFW, Boston, DC). The complex is made up of mostly young professionals (late 20s-ish).

My one... main complaint is the parking. There is only one lot, and insufficient unreserved parking - especially with big truck taking up 1.5 spaces each. I was told there is additional parking in the alley behind the complex and street parking out front. One small complaint is that there isn't a service elevator, so all move-ins have to go through the one main passenger elevator. Otherwise, it really is a great complex and I highly recommend it. This complex has nothing but location going for it. The complex is quickly becoming run down (elevator has been broken 18 of the last 30 days), the complex does not make residents follow valet trash procedure (people leave trash bags out on balconies and in hallways). It is not worth the price.
