I have been a resident of Cortland Farmers Market for almost 2 1/2 years now and don't plan on moving any time soon, if ever. The staff and maintenance are excellent and residents are friendly. Location is great, across the street from Dallas Farmers Market, and walkable to restaurants, churches, Central Library, Post office, downtown businesses, etc. Nice location for freeway access too.

I've had a great experience living at Cortland Farmers Market! I recently had a major maintenance issue that took some time to resolve, but the team handled it with professionalism and care. They took the problem seriously, communicated with me throughout the process, and worked diligently to get to the root of the issue. I really appreciated their dedication and transparency.
