I've had a great experience living at Cortland Farmers Market! I recently had a major maintenance issue that took some time to resolve, but the team handled it with professionalism and care. They took the problem seriously, communicated with me throughout the process, and worked diligently to get to the root of the issue. I really appreciated their dedication and transparency. The staff here truly values their residents, and it shows. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and would highly... recommend this community!

Genesis, in the leasing department, has been very helpful, nice, professional when we moved in and while we are here she always follows up and makes sure our stay is pleasant. The maintenance team has been very fast responsive and professionals in some small issues we had inside the unit. We are happy we chose this complex to live in. It’s being nothing but joyful!
