I like it!...
It has good management. Good maintenance crew. Crystal is out on property and keeping up with everything that needs to be done. The price is right. Affordable. It's clean.

Been here for 3 years
I have been a resident for three years. I love living here.
It may have some aesthetic flaws and does not have amenities found in newer complexes. However, it is an ideal location and quite affordable compared to other places in the metroplex. With monies saved from higher rents, it affords me extra money for entertainment/pleasures.
The current manager, Norma and her assistant, Diane, plus their maintenance crew are quick to address issues.

Enjoying living here
My apartment has everything I need. I’m super close to fun and shopping and can use the money I’m not spending on rent for those things. The management has gotten back to me quickly on repairs. It’s a nice place to live with nice neighbors.

Pleased Resident
I've lived at Park Beverly five months. The management is very accommodating and other residents are friendly. It is an excellent space for the price, a great option if you want to live close to work and not pay a fortune.
