Magnolia Station

Elevator is down again for the entire weekend. This has been a consistent problem. The gate also consistently goes down. Nice apartments if you can ever get to them with the gate and elevator issues.

I fell in love with one of the original lofts but after living there for two years, I can sum up my experience with Magnolia Station as frustrating and sleazy. The apartments themselves are overpriced even for the area, and the original buildings are poorly maintained despite the annual rent increases. There is no security being that the front gate is broken constantly, allowing anyone from the neighborhood to wander in. There have been incidents of strangers on the property and my neighbors car... was stolen from the parking garage. They rent out apartments on public sites like air bnb which increased theft and noise complaints to such an extent that residents had to band together to confront management and demand answers. On top of that they switch management companies like the wind changes direction, and none of them seem to care about residents. Every official dealing I have had with their leasing office has been a disaster. I have to chase them down to get answers, if I’m lucky enough to get a straight answer since they’re good at avoiding residents and avoiding resolving real issues. Ending my lease has been a nightmare which is no surprise, now they’re claiming I owe them more money due to their misinformation and poor communication.
