Maverick Oak Lawn Townhomes

I never review properties, however the way I have been treated by management has left me with no choice. I moved here two years ago, at first it was ok management would take care of issues promptly, NOT the case now. I recently moved into the largest one bedroom on property I was promised updated stainless steel appliances, new granite counter tops, new cabinets, new floors. Well I received the cabinets and counter tops however the the cabinet doors don't shut all the way and most of them... are crooked, management literally brought in old appliances that where literally full of roaches (I will address the ongoing pest problem later), they didn't clean my unit before I moved in even though I pushed back my move in date twice. I know the old manager is no longer there but I have even called and emailed the new manager the regional manager and I have tried to go above them as well and nothing has changed but they expect me to pay a premium for things I was promised and never received. I will likely be breaking my lease as for what I am paying here I can get a much better value across the street and actually have amenities and at bare minimum basic respect and decency from a management company that will at least respond. Did I mention this issue has been ongoing for over four months and to this day after 10+ emails and numerous I have YET to hear one word from Allied Property Management. In closing DO NOT MOVE HERE I promise you will regret it, oh and the pictures with the unit with stainless steel appliances is the unit I moved out of how disrespectful is it that they give my old unit the very upgrades I was promised in my new unit please save yourself a huge headache and don't even consider living at Maverick Oaklawn.
