Why You Shouldn't Move Here.

8/8

Why you shouldn't move here based on things that have happened to me within the past 3-4 months living with the new property owners.

1. My car got stolen out of the parking lot.Their response was "I'm sorry."
2. Mail boxes have been broken into which lead to my identity being stolen.
3. For some reason, nobody can get video footage from the mailroom despite contacting their third party security personal they work with. I have given them dates WHEN things have been stolen. Response?...
"Haven't heard back yet." ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS.
4. The city of Dallas had to come to my house to force them to fix my work orders. Stuff still is broken so they are coming back soon.

Don't move here. When a complex is waiving fees all over the place to get you to move in, it's because they are desperate. Sadly, I signed a lease before being taken over by CityGate.
