Have been living here for the past 2 years, renewing for a 3rd. You could not ask for more outstanding people. Residents, Management, and the Apartment Life Team truly make this a sanctuary for busy professionals. It has been a wonderful experience living in a place where the best part of your day is coming home. As a newcomer to Dallas, feeling a sense of community was important. Kellye and Greg with the Apartment Life Team excelled in helping me feel welcome from my very first day. A fabulous location! Convenient for shopping and dining, easy walkability. The building’s events are very well done building a great community for the residents.

The property is beautiful. The views are amazing. Walkability can’t be beat. Apartment Life events are outstanding and build community & friendships.

My experience at Novel Turtle Creek was far from what I expected. Promised a secure, high-end living experience, the reality was shocking. A burglary during our tenancy resulted in a loss of over $350,000 in valuables. Novel Turtle Creek's management, operated by Greystar, failed to respond adequately.

The management's response was slow and unprepared, lacking a clear protocol for handling break-ins. They only notified residents after persistent pressure, leaving us feeling unsafe.

More... concerning was the revelation that our incident wasn't isolated. A neighboring apartment was burglarized just ten days before ours, with no notification to residents. Another resident was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement about their burglary, raising questions about transparency.

The management's obfuscation of the Dallas Police Department's inquiries deepened our concerns. Security improvements were only made after a series of burglaries, and reaching the right people at Greystar proved difficult.

A significant issue remained unaddressed - the malfunctioning LATCH entry system. It failed to provide transparency about who entered our apartment, leaving us in the dark about our safety.

Love the location, a bit quieter and more residential than Oak Lawn and Uptown in general. The resident events contribute to a strong sense of community, and the management team is top notch.
