I enjoyed my stay as a resident at Vue Greenville. However, more than two months after moving out, I was sent an email informing me of a past balance. The payment was expected the day of notification and would be turned over to collections on a day in which the office would not even be open. This was quite an unexpected stab in the back. I have no issue paying this charge, but to ask for it the same day as I am made aware of it? This gave me no time to even have the charges explained or... clarified. One of the best apartment complex in Dallas, especially if you want to be in a hip part of the city.

This is my 2nd year in Vue Greenville and I liked this apartment complex in all aspects including location, office staff and neighbourhood. At the moment I'm literally 5 minutes away to 20 bars and restaurants and tons of grocery stores (Trader Joe, Sprouts, Walmart, Kroger etc..).

Regarding the office, both Vic and Lloyd are great and always helped me. I requested maintenance only once and... got my things fixed very fast.

My SO an I have been living at Vue Greenville for two years now and we love it. The location is amazing with so many restaurants, bars and other entertainment within walking distance. Even Henderson and everything it has to offer is walkable.

Our favorite thing about living here is Trader Joe's which is 1 block over. We go almost every day. The next great thing is that it is close to uptown, downtown, deepellum and mockingbird station with an inexpensive uber ride or quick drive.

The leasing... agents are friendly and helpful and so is the maintenance staff. The complex is gated at every entrance and you have to have a key fob to get in so you definitely feel safe. The parking is also gate and there is plenty of space. Read More

This apartment is a great place to be in a vibrant neighborhood! The Lower Greenville area has be revitalized with new restaurants and shops, and the location can't be beat. The staff here are friendly and attentive. A great apartment if you want to experience it all here in Dallas!

Management is amazing. The apartments are higher in price but are totally worth it. I've only been here for a couple of months but have been really enjoying it.
