Highly recommend the Luxe of Denton for anyone that is over, traditional apartment living. Not only are the homes brand new, beautiful and modern. They also have an attached garage and a private backyard. The community is very well maintained. We can’t wait for the Pickleball arena to open up my dogs love the park and all the walking trails.

Community is great, the clubhouse is open and friendly. Lexi is friendly and helpful. Clubhouse is beautifully maintained, and upkeep is fantastic

From the beginning of the process everyone has been so kind and attentive everything is modern and clean. Units are spacious and the definition of luxury. It's great. Lexi is fantastic at what she does. Please go ask for Lexi for anything

Been here since March and loved every moment of it! The maintenance man, Ignacio, is extremely quick with fixing any problems I have and explains throughly what the problem is and solution so I can implement it for next time. Ron, Whitney, and Hailey are a joy to see! I greet them every morning when I come in for coffee and answer any questions I may have.
