Estates of McKinney

I’ve lived here for 6 months now and have thoroughly enjoyed being here. The property is beautifully maintained and all the staff are very friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about their tenants. Would highly recommend to anyone considering moving here!

I have been a resident of Estates since it opened and this is now my 3rd lease. I resigned the lease with them for one reason and one reason only, the office staff. An apartment is just an apartment, and you can get an apartment at any complex around DFW, but to find people that work together as a team to make this a great place to live is rare. The team that works at their front office not only cares about the whole complex, and you can tell they do because of how pretty, clean and well taken... care of this place is. But they also care about you as a tenant. From a good morning to a casual wave when you see them out on the surroundings, to taking care of maintenance issues in a quick manner, to having parties so the neighbors can meet and get to know each other, to giving you a quick call because they notice your tire is low on air. I know people tend to focus on the negatives when things don’t go their way because it seems like it by some of these reviews, but there’s always 2 sides to every story. I’ve lived here for over two years now and don’t have a single complaint. The maintenance staff is quickly and efficient. The management/leasing office staff has always been helpful and police any time I have needed assistance. I would recommend this community to anyone searching for a beautiful cozy home with all of the convenient apartment amenities in one.

I love the Estates of McKinney and the awesome staff they have! 10/10
