I scheduled a tour via this community's website and received a call and email within an hour or two. Julian gave me my tour of the two units I was interested in. This community and the units are beautiful, brand new, stainless steel appliances, electric car charging in all garages, well maintained landscape including the backyard of each unit, access to a lot of amenities. I signed my lease and can't wait to move in!

The Mansions
Julian was a fantastic sales representative throughout our search for a new home. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful during the entire shopping process, making sure all of our questions were answered and that we felt confident in our decision. Even after we moved in, Julian has continued to be available whenever we need assistance, which truly demonstrates his commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Mansions offers beautiful homes and outstanding property... amenities, and Julian is a great example of the exceptional employees who make this community such a wonderful place to live. LEASE AT MANSIONS!
I’ve had a great experience with Mansions of Denton. The community is well maintained, the homes are spacious, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. The amenities are nice, and the neighborhood has been quiet and enjoyable.

The perfect place to call home.
The Mansions of Denton doesn't feel like a typical apartment complex. It feels like a neighborhood where people actually enjoy living. The community is quiet, beautifully maintained, and offers amenities that make everyday life more enjoyable.
