Mold, Roaches, and Move-Out Charges—Avoid

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here.

My experience was extremely disappointing. I dealt with mold concerns, roaches, poor communication from management, and ongoing maintenance issues that were never handled properly. When it came time to move out, I was hit with additional charges despite the condition of the apartment and the problems I had reported during my lease.

The property may look nice during the tour, but my experience after moving in was... completely different. I did not feel valued as a resident, and getting issues addressed was frustrating.

If you’re considering living here, read the reviews carefully and do your research before signing a lease. I wish I had.

Amazing place to live

Move in went very well. Leasing office very helpful. Love the new apartment. Such a quiet community and it’s built so well. I don’t hear any of my neighbors above or around me. Highly recommend. Looking forward to exploring the neighborhood.

The maintenance team has been excellent on the last few requests we put in. Extremely kind and respectful to resolve the requests within a timely manner. I’m thankful for their response to get out toilet unclogged before the weekend! Thank you.
