Modera Walsh Apartments

I love this community so much. The staff is so friendly. The grounds are very clean. And I love the pool and the gym. It is very dog-friendly. We love it so much that we signed another year lease!

So far I’ve enjoyed living here. My only complaint would just be the constant smell of dog poo/pee in the entrance of my building. It’s so strong.

The process has been extremely smooth so far! The leasing office staff has been very helpful with answering all of our questions. Additionally the apartment are very clean and easy to move into.

My living experience at Modera Walsh has been great. They are responsive to all issues. Maintenance team responds very quick. They are always helpful in the office.

There’s a roof over our heads but there is no trust in management. Feels like a poorly run operation of everyone complaining about every issue being someone else’s fault.
Anytime there’s construction it’s a mess. The buildings were done poorly and fixtures were falling from the ceiling. there was a mess for weeks. Sheetrock pieces, sawdust, screws, and other trash. They don’t clean the buildings regularly and it was shocking how much they left for us.
Safety is a last concern here. We have... people coming over to eat lunch on the lawn outside our apartment and then after dumping a bunch of furniture from their car proceeded to use the bathroom in a bag next to one of the dumpsters. They are there almost every day now.
A man who was clearly marked as a construction worker from a future apartment nearby followed me into the building and when I asked if he needed help he asked for money. I told him he needed to leave and he wouldn’t until I threatened to call security.
