Modera Walsh

We really enjoy living at Modera Walsh. The location is very convenient and everything is just a short drive away. The pool, gym, and shared spaces are beautiful and very well maintained.
The only thing we feel the community could improve is adding a space for children. There are quite a few families with kids here, but there isn’t a playground or designated area where they can play and get to know each other. Having something like that would make the community even better for families.

Love this community! So quiet and in the best spot. Not looking forward to all the new buildings though, I like how secluded it currently is

Just moved in . So far so good! Very moder community that I have to get used to but loving it this far. Really enjoy the poolside vibes in the summer and firepits in cooler months.

Nice community great amenities year-round pool wonderful clubhouse with free coffee bar office. People are nice and responsive. Safe community no issues with break-ins nice walking path adjacent to the apartments Love. They have a dog washroom and a bicycle storage room as well as a dog park great view views for sunrise and sunset.

Leasing was simple the office was helpful. Helped out anytime I had a problem or mistake I made. Moving into the apartment was also an easy task.
