I just moved in one week ago. I have had the utmost accommodation in hospitality and service with my move to the Modera Walsh community. The office staff are prompt in responding to communications and are most wonderful at helping me to navigate my way around the community. I’ve met the maintenance men and pest control service individuals, who have been kind and efficient. I feel welcomed here and look forward to being a part of the Modera family.

I love my apartment. I don’t like the way the landscaping has deteriorated and not been refreshed. We have dead plants around the buildings, bare spots, plants that have outgrown the beds, bug problem in the such as ants and worms. However, the flowerbeds up around the office and the front around the entrance looks good. We were told last year that there was going to be a new landscaping company and redo all of the beds, but that has not happened. With what we pay in rent the landscaping should... look pristine.
There has been a lot of speeding on the streets, especially around buildings two and three. there have been a couple of times when I’ve tried to cross the street and had to stop quickly because of speeding cars, when I tried to get the license number it not possible
It really seems like in the last year things have gone down from when I first moved here in 2024.
Last I have trouble getting someone to answer the phone in the office no matter what time or day I call.
