Poor building upkeep, poor management. Elevators are constantly out and management provides constant excuses why various amenities are always out of order. Would not recommend living here. Disgusting odors permeate through the apartment homes and lobby as well

Steam room has been broken for 6 months while the cold plunge has been warm for the past 2 months. Gym equipment has been broken since I moved in to the building 1.5 years ago.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing spa repairs. Despite our efforts to bring in multiple contractors, none have been able to resolve the issue. However, we have scheduled two additional vendors to assess the situation... this Friday, and we remain committed to finding a solution as quickly as possible.

Additionally, we have secured a vendor to repair the leg press machine and are currently awaiting the necessary parts for the repair. We anticipate this will be completed soon.

Great staff, great amenities. Was an easy process signing a lease and scheduling a move in date. You cannot beat the location or the floorplan layout. Excited to officially move in!

Great experience. Building is kept clean and maintenance team is quick if something breaks. Great amenities and friendly staff. 24 hour front desk concierge is great as well.

Lived here now for 5 years through multiple property management teams. I have even referred over a dozen people to the property in the earlier days. The Amenities are top-notch-- most notably the sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, and steamroom. If you choose live here for amenity reasons only, then I get it. However, get ready for poor management from the top level. MANY people left specifically for this reason, which I finally am starting to understand.

Other concerns to be aware of: only 4... elevators serving the building and two of those are used for freight (imagine the traffic when one or more elevators are down), several instances all elevators will be down (imagine the handicapped residents when you live on the 10th / 20th floor), rain water leaking through windows, water causing *mold* damage to belongings, and getting feed for everything thinkable.

That being said, I do enjoy the front desk staff and maintenance very much. The overriding issue residents have stems from the top.
