An excellent place to Live .
An excellent place to live. I moved in three months ago. I love my apartment, the pool, and the maintenance is also excellent. 100% recommended.

HONEST REVIEW
DO NOT MOVE HERE* I was a resident of the Arbors for 4yrs, until I had to leave early due to noisy neighbors preventing me from sleeping. Slamming doors, loud t.v., loud music, loud conversations at 1,2,3.am, or whenever they decided to get quiet. I made complaints to the office, but the disturbance did not stop. From January, until I moved a few weeks ago the neighbors were a problem. Within the time I called apartment security, the police to which they did not open the door when the police... showed up, and provided proof via recordings of the noise. Adding, not only were they noisy, but their company that would visit as well, and prior to me putting in my notice to leave, their family moved on property. Well, due to me having to leave 3 months early just so I could have peace for a place I'm renting, I am now being penalized $2,015. According to the office staff, Josie the district manager, advised I needed to provide a 60 day notice, and not 30 day to receive my deposit back "per the lease." I find it interesting that there are people on property not abiding by the lease by disturbing their neighbors, which per the lease states that you can not, but yet I am facing a penalty for enacting my right to a peaceful environment, and forced to move. So at what point does the lease matter? While living on property, or only when you are forced to move because your issue is not properly resolved? Also, had I stayed and complained about the noise, due to the residents family moving on property how would that affect my safety? I also need to add, that last summer it took them 3 months to fix my air conditioning during those triple digit temps. My advice, if you are looking to move here, DON'T!
