Terrible After 4 different maintenance requests. It was cancelled and closed without ever being fixed. Two service people have come back saying it needs to be serviced but never came back. My issue is still unresolved but was marked as resolved.

Amazing Experience My family and I recently toured the Berkeley Apartments with Skie, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Skie was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She answered all of our questions, showed us several options, and helped us find the perfect apartment for our family’s needs. The tour was informative and stress-free, and we never felt rushed. Skie went above and beyond to make sure we... felt comfortable and confident in our decision. We are extremely happy with our new home and truly appreciate all of her help. I highly recommend both Skie and the Berkeley Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live!

literally can not emphasize enough DO NOT LIVE HERE. there’s roaches they won’t take care of. our door lock has been broken for months that they won’t fix, that has led to multiple lock outs. there dog poop EVERYWHERE, including the hallways and staircases. there’s trash left out every day and it stinks.the management is entirely unhelpful and will not do anything to help you. messed up my lease multiple time with the wrong name (thank god i read through it). we found mold in our apartment that... they didn’t do anything about. AND THEY TOWED MY REGISTERED CAR (that i had to pay $500 to get back.) they PAY people to give good reviews. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!
