Great community! Grounds are well kept and maintenance is always taking care of everything, the new renovations elevated the looks of the property and the 24 hour gym is the BEST amenity!! Would recommend applying here, 10/10

No clear communication and no customer service There have been several occasions where we needed things fixed or there were situations and when you call they don’t answer. I have called them while I stood in the office just to see and when they notice it’s a resident number they don’t answer but if I used my work phone they would pick up. There have been several times that I have gone to ask questions and the attitudes were insane. I also work in customer service and if I had of treated someone... that way I would have been written up on the spot. Also, they don’t care about you if you are not Hispanic. I don’t believe I will be renewing my lease this year.

Terrible management and neighbors Management is not helpful, they’re rude and they NEVER answer the phone or check emails/messages on a timely manner. They charged me a $25 fee for having trash in my trash can outside that was NOT picked up by the trash valet the day prior but they won’t do anything about the people who leave trashbags/trash all over the complex. Neighbors do parties in the garage and sometimes they have gas grills near the cars — which I find to be a safety concern, those... complaints have never been addressed.

The apartments have had so many upgrades. They have renovated almost the entire property and made great improvements. It looks so much better and cleaner than it did with the other management.

First off the former owners (Alexi at Willowbend) were fraudulent. They promised discounts to people and did not notify residents that they were selling to Benton and now those deals are not being honered by new owners. Things I requested to have fixed within the 48hr period you are given when you move in STILL have not been fixed. My first night there I saw roaches and the issue has STILL not been addressed even under new management. Neighbors are nasty trash left EVERYWHERE, even by the... parking lot..like WHY? Oh, and I still have not got my garage opener. The only plus right now is the new office staff actually answer the phone and are there when you go to office. Adonis and property manager Wil have been great. I know they have a lot on this place because it was owned previously by trash. I'm gonna be patient and give it a while to address all issues but as far as the pest imma stay on they heads. I love my apartment and do not wanna have to move AGAIN but I'm not gonna pay what I do to stay in the projects.
