0/10 run as far away as you possibly can! this place is not safe especially for women! Management doesn’t care and is completely unresponsive if you have an issue.

Burglarized after less than 24 hours
Less than 24 hours after moving in, the storage unit that they leased me was burglarized and vandalized. The culprit left their shirt in my unit, meaning they walked out wearing my shirt. I called the leasing office and they said “was there something you wanted me to do?” The response has been completely lame. I have had the keys to my apartment for nearly a month but could only move in yesterday due to the elevators being broken for about 3 weeks. I was forced to take the stairs every time I... came to take measurements, which is unsafe as a woman living alone. I do not feel safe here. I feel so violated not only by the burglary but by the response. There is dog poop in the stairwells as well.

My overall experience at Mockingbird Flats is not a pleasant one. Since the time I moved in here I’ve been facing issues dealing pest, cleanliness (the condition of apt given) etc. Even the corridors are not cleant well. This property is supposed to be 12 years old (not too old) but the maintenance is not that great. Would not recommend for happy living!

Do not move here, stay clear.
1. My car has been broken into 7+ times 2. Halls smell like crap. 3. Homeless people sleep in the stairwells. 4. Elevators broken for a long time. 5. Mgmt is nice but still don't do anything. 6. Doors throughout the property are broken.
