Can’t wait to move in!
I popped in for a tour late last week unannounced and without an appointment. The front desk people were helping other people so the manager, Valerie, stepped in and invited me into her office. She gave me all the info I needed and showed me two beautiful apartments. She was so warm and inviting- rare to find these days. After spending a little over an hour with her I knew I’d feel right at home at Vail. She even called me first thing this morning after I applied last night! She’s on top of... things.

No issues great office team!
I’ve lived here for over a year and haven’t had any issues. The management team is always nice and available to help whenever I need anything. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here.

I’ve had multiple issues. The latest is bugs in my unit that the office just ignores. Moving next month and excited.
