Disgruntled tenant

I’ve been here for a year they’re great, very quiet BUT I don’t like someone telling how to spend my money. My lease is ending so my rent has increased a little IHAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT. but they’re telling me that I have to pay an additional $89 for Spectrum service that I don’t need or want. I didn’t ask for the service I don’t need the service. So basically If i want to renew my lease I have to pay an additional $89 for spectrum. It’s not right.
