It's about relationships and experiences. I am bringing value to you by who I am, what I know, and what I do. I am helping people live their dream, while I'm living mine. I was born and raised in a small town north of Houston, went to college in Waco, started a family in West Texas, brought my two girls here, and have called Galveston my home for over 15 years. As a child following my real estate broker grandfather, I developed a passion for looking at homes on the market, listening to his communication and seeing his compassion for his clients, negotiating with other agents, and helping people build their dreams. As I got older, I found that I had an affinity for remodeling, updating, and renovating every home that I purchased. That continues to this day. Over 30 years in the healthcare field showed me how much I truly loved working with and helping people. The transition to a full-time real estate career was a seamless one because it allows me to continue to do just that. Taking real estate courses and passing the licensing exam was the simplest part of what I do. Each transaction is unique and comes with its own set of challenges to be overcome by an expert in the real estate field. As an agent, I do so much more than just unlock doors and show homes. This is my passion and my business. Completing a successful real estate transaction requires expertise in many areas. I wear many hats – I’m not just helping you search for homes; I’m listening to what you want and the price range you need, running comparative market analyses. I’m writing very strong offers so that your offer is accepted and educating you on the current market, explaining the process, walking with you through the maze of documentation required, working with your lender, the other agent, and the title company to make sure we meet deadlines and timeframes for certain terms in the contract. I’m also your liaison between home inspectors, insurance companies, engineers, and contractors. Additionally, I’m continuing to educate myself so that I can be the best agent you need me to be.
