Amazing place to live! Beautiful building, great amenities, excellent location, and outstanding staff. The concierge and maintenance teams are always helpful and professional. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for luxury living in Houston. ?? 2929 Weslayan

All things considered, we enjoy life at 2929 Weslayan. However, our patience is running thin with the frequent marijuana smell near our apartment on the 12th floor. I have complained a few times in oerson and in writing but thus far the issue persists.
Also, the Loft Living app has not been working for the past 5 days.
Ladtly, some of the seats in the pool area are stained and beed be reupholstered.

They are working diligently on the back to get up and running with the... new program. We are always working to make improvements around the building, and will ensure we continue to do so!

Overall there has been a significant change in overall management for the better. However, would like to see some change in the parking garage. Some time back mention of speed bumps were going to be installed. They have not happened as of today. Also e-cams have been installed but only in certain areas of the parking garage. Would like to see more e-cams in areas where there are no cameras. cannot
