Love living here. The location is fabulous; you can walk to central Market and Highland Village stores. The staff is great and the maintenance comes out promptly. They gave really nice events for their residents. I highly recommend.

The staff here are incredibly helpful! Our concierge assists with just about everything—we’re so grateful. Hand and L are the absolute sweetest. Please keep them happy!

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of River Oaks and close to everything.

I have not had a refrigerator that works properly in the year that I have lived here. One is currenlty on order, but is of course out of stock?

There have been a number of burglaries in the garage and 2 cars have been stolen, one of which was mine.

I rented a studio apartment when my sister visited in April, during the night she had someone attempt to enter her apartment on 2 occasions.
