2929 Weslayan Apartamentos

Move in was seamless. I have nothing negative to say. It’s been peaceful. The staff has been helpful. The residents are overall pleasant and welcoming.

I have not had a refrigerator that works properly in the year that I have lived here. One is currenlty on order, but is of course out of stock?

There have been a number of burglaries in the garage and 2 cars have been stolen, one of which was mine.

I rented a studio apartment when my sister visited in April, during the night she had someone attempt to enter her apartment on 2 occasions.

Living at 2929 Weslayan is an exceptional experience. The building offers luxurious amenities, stunning city views, and a modern, sophisticated atmosphere. The staff is attentive and professional, always making residents feel welcome and cared for. The location is perfect — close to great restaurants, shopping, and major roads — while still maintaining a sense of privacy and comfort. Overall, it’s a place where you truly feel at home, surrounded by elegance and convenience.

Initially a fantastic experience, wonderful staff and good amenities, after my truck being broken into and having to take on that cost myself and then my car being stolen and having to take that loss, my experience here has went from 10-1 stars, staff has been professional and helpful no issues with any of the people. Multiple security concerns have been mentioned in the past, Vandalized vehicles have been reported by myself, but no communication to the residents of the crimes has taken place.... This makes me feel like the owners of this place rather hide things than be transparent. Lee mas
