I have been in the community about 1 week or so and I have no regrets. The property location is conveniently in the center of everything I could ever think of needing. The convenience of my unit compared to the package room/ garage is my favorite part

Stairwells and hallways are dirty and garages are also dirty. Feels like we are in the projects sometimes. Dogs peeing in the stairwells. Staff is friendly overall.

timely responses from leasing office and maintenance which i appreciate. trash chutes are a bit messy and sometimes the garage gate and garage door that connects to the apartments are broken
