Great Location and very nice staff. Depending on the unit you get, it might not look as modern as other apartment in the neighborhood but it is also not bad

2 thing that stood out in a negative way is that people can be more mindful about their trash.

I’ve been living in this building since August 2020, almost six years. This is my second unit rental in the same building, and I’ve been in this particular unit since December 2024. Unfortunately, I’ve only had about two to three days of uninterrupted sleep each month due to the incredibly loud subwoofer vibrating bass coming from the neighbor directly below me.

I’ve been complaining to the management teams since January 2025, but it’s now 3 am as I write this review because I was woken up... again at 2:30 am from the excessive bass (it's now May 25, 2026). Despite the fact that it’s explicitly mentioned in the building rules that subwoofers are prohibited, management has assured me that they will not take any action to address the issue.

My review is biased solely because of this problem. Otherwise, the area is great. It’s unfortunate that blatantly disrespectful neighbors have to ruin it for everyone else. Read More

It’s overall an okay apartment! There are some issues that happen like the elevators not working. It’s very dog friendly so it does smell like dog pee in certain spot.

Unfortunately, there is dog waste throughout the property, and many residents do not appear to respect the “No Dogs Allowed” signs. This creates an unpleasant and unsanitary environment for others. Management should enforce the rules more consistently and ensure the property is kept clean.
