Poor Management

I came into tour and the leasing agent was unprofessional the whole entire time. Once I said my budget he did not want to give me a tour!

I’ve been living in this building since August 2020, almost six years. This is my second unit rental in the same building, and I’ve been in this particular unit since December 2024. Unfortunately, I’ve only had about two to three days of uninterrupted sleep each month due to the incredibly loud subwoofer vibrating bass coming from the neighbor directly below me.

I’ve been complaining to the management teams since January 2025, but it’s now 3 am as I write this review because I was woken up… again at 2:30 am from the excessive bass (it's now May 25, 2026). Despite the fact that it’s explicitly mentioned in the building rules that subwoofers are prohibited, management has assured me that they will not take any action to address the issue.

My review is biased solely because of this problem. Otherwise, the area is great. It’s unfortunate that blatantly disrespectful neighbors have to ruin it for everyone else.

It’s overall an okay apartment! There are some issues that happen like the elevators not working. It’s very dog friendly so it does smell like dog pee in certain spot.
