Decent Apartment, Would recommend! 3.75/5

Lived here for 2 years, never had any major issues. Maintenance responded quickly and front office was nice. Guest parking is not great & there were some instances of tires being stolen off vehicles but it seemed to have been rectified. Consider this your basic apartment with a few luxury feels as far as finishes inside apartment. Loved the square footage/layout of my unit and being close to the shopping center area, grocery stores, etc. Overall, a decent complex would rate a solid 3.75 , just... want to pay cheaper rent and be closer to city!

Disappointing Experience with Double Standards

Disappointing Experience with Double Standards
I had a very disappointing experience at the Keegan Apartments. While the staff may seem friendly at first, I noticed clear double standards in how people are treated. Visitors, in particular, were not treated respectfully, which made the environment uncomfortable.

Overall, the management felt inconsistent and unfair. I would not recommend this place—there are many better options where you’ll be treated with respect and professionalism.

No type of security

Absolutely terrible experience. The security at this apartment complex is non-existent. My car and several others in the lot have been vandalized, and I've lost count of how many rims have been stolen from vehicles. Despite numerous complaints, nothing is done to improve the situation. It feels unsafe, and I’m constantly worried about my car and safety. Don’t waste your time or money here, especially if you value your belongings and peace of mind!

SO far SO good

I have only been here briefly and appreciate how nice everyone is in the front office. The property stays pretty clean, and it's pretty quiet at night. I love the aesthetic of the unit. Everything has been just as I had hoped.
