Car theft
Due to car theft/ tires It has placed a lot of financial pressure and stress . At the time the property had security, but now I don’t see any our property is inside of greens point old mall which just sits there . The area isn’t the best but being that we a near highway and other professional development I thought it would be more safe . The old property manager wasn’t so nice about the situation and was told it wasn’t much personal, they can’t do about anything happening to our cars or inside... property | knowing how high risk we are . Wasn’t expecting anything like this to happen. Or least making arrangements for that inconvenience nor did anyone ask about our safety anything could have happened. I was told that was very personal! And to make sure our rent is paid on time because they have higher level people to answer to. So be very mindful or having extra insurance for everything and extra money saved for any inconvenience could happen. Wish you all well
