Would not recommend. When I moved in, there were cockroaches in the apartment, which was very concerning. The unit I was given looked nothing like the one I was shown before signing the lease. My roommates didn’t acknowledge my arrival, and I had to push just to get space in the kitchen for my belongings. There is also a weird smell in the study rooms and along the staircase, which made common areas uncomfortable to use. On top of that, there was unexplained water on the staircase despite no... rain, which caused me to slip and fall twice. Trash rules are not enforced, leading to ongoing cleanliness issues and an unpleasant living environment. So far so good. Overall, I appreciate my time here. I think proximity is key to me, and my apartment is a few miles away from my place of work.

This apartment complex is conveniently located for students attending school in downtown Houston or the Texas Medical Center. It offers several amenities, including a game room, resident lounge, pool, and on-site gym. The monthly parking fee is also very affordable compared to other nearby complexes.

However, there are ongoing issues that impact the quality of living. Dog waste is frequently left in grassy areas, causing unpleasant odors. The smell of marijuana is almost always present in the... hallways, and tenants are often seen smoking on their patios at night. Noise is another concern, as loud music and heavy footsteps can easily be heard through the walls.

Trash is often left in hallways instead of proper bins, which has contributed to roach issues even in otherwise clean apartments. It would have been the best experience if I wasn’t paired with a roommate who smokes inside the apartment. After multiple complaints, it still wasn’t resolved by the management. Really disappointed
