So far so good. Overall, I appreciate my time here. I think proximity is key to me, and my apartment is a few miles away from my place of work.

This apartment complex is conveniently located for students attending school in downtown Houston or the Texas Medical Center. It offers several amenities, including a game room, resident lounge, pool, and on-site gym. The monthly parking fee is also very affordable compared to other nearby complexes.

However, there are ongoing issues that impact the quality of living. Dog waste is frequently left in grassy areas, causing unpleasant odors. The smell of marijuana is almost always present in the... hallways, and tenants are often seen smoking on their patios at night. Noise is another concern, as loud music and heavy footsteps can easily be heard through the walls.

Trash is often left in hallways instead of proper bins, which has contributed to roach issues even in otherwise clean apartments. It would have been the best experience if I wasn’t paired with a roommate who smokes inside the apartment. After multiple complaints, it still wasn’t resolved by the management. Really disappointed

The apartment complex is very close to the TMC and downtown area which makes commuting to school in the area quite easy and accessible. Lots of parking is also available for tenants.
However, safety seems to be a big issue as indicated by recent events involving residents, gunfire and law enforcement. Additionally, gates are often left opened or do not lock and some doors to buildings are broken and do not lock which poses a threat to safety.
Elevators are often down which presents difficulty... for disabled tenants
No smoking policies are not enforced and apartments and hallways almost always have a strong smell of marijuana (weed)
