Silent and clean society. Staff is amicable. Maintenance requests are handled well on time. However I still have below suggestions after staying for 10 years in this apartment

1) The pool area entry gate should be covered fully with the grills, for the first floor people to keep the patio door open with the feeling of security. Right now anyone ( person/animal) can jump and get into pool area.
2) Put a mesh door in additional to patio door for ground floor people to help them keep the door open... without the risk of animals ( lizards, frogs, small insects) coming into the house Read More

It has been a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in 36Sixty for the first tour to the moment I picked up my keys and walked into my new home. The staff always has warm smiles and time for you and even when you can tell that they are extremely busy, they still go out of their way to make you feel like a priority.

Experience has been positive overall but there are a few issues. The garage elevator is broken constantly. This is the main elevator I use and as someone with a senior dog it is very frustrating. Also, the dog run is great but there are no lights there at all in the evening and it does not seem like anyone does any cleaning or maintenance. I’m aware the residents should be picking up dog poop but there also seems to be no enforcement of this despite multiple cameras in both dog parks. I would... suggest enforcing a fine for this. I worked with Victoria to lease the apartment and she was so kind and resourceful. I got into an accident the day before my move in and was able to get it pushed back with no hassle and well wishes from the staff here.

Overall a positive resident experience. The property was well-maintained, staff were supportive, and maintenance requests were handled efficiently.
