SO FRUSTRATING LIVING HERE

They never fix anything!!!! The laundry rooms have been closed for “renovations” for months and when they finally reopen, there was no notice given and the washing machines still say out of order. The pool has been closed for months and with no reopening dates. There is no AC in the units and they leave us to burn in 100*+ weather or tell us to keep the cooling system on all the time so the apartment can be 90* but thats an extra $100 in your electricity bill. There are roaches in the apartments… . They are more worried about painting the outside than fixing actual issues in the apartments. The only plus side is that i feel fairly safe and the neighbors aren’t disruptive.

THE WILCOX GOT IT RIGHT!!!!

from the time, I walked into the beautiful office it was absolutely the best experience! staff was friendly took their time to answer all my questions. waiting time to hear back if I got the apt. was awesome!!, after move in, anything that need to be handled was and in a timely manner, I love my apt. and the neighbors, they even helped me move in. property is well kept, clean. complex is quit. I have had bad experiences, but THE WILCOX got it all RIGHT!!!! wonderful office staff. THANK YOU FOR A… WONDERFUL move in experience.

Lies

Horrible my daughter lived here never fixed anything someone tried to break in broke her window it took them over 3weeks to fix. She asked them to switch apts over that and repairs they told her she had to pay 500 to switch. Do not rent here

Horrible

The complex DOES NOT DO REPAIRS. My apartment has been flooded due to a faulty air conditioner for over 2 months. I am forced to keep the ac at 80 degrees at all times and it still floods. Management is aware and does not care.

Run

The worst place I ever leased from not knowing much because I'm not from here. If there's an issue good luck getting it fixed. Bugs and cats everywhere dog poop is in my front grass every morning I walk out. Not to mention nobody can give answers for my car being damaged from the front gate. From what I know it's illegal to damage someone's property and say I have to fix it. They will be nice until you sign a lease after that just obligated to pay rent and nothing gets fixed. Someone was… shot over here. Gate is always broken. Cars always getting rims stolen and put on bricks. It's cool if you just need a place to stay. My neighbor couldn't take the bugs so they broke the lease also.
