AC only cools to 81 degrees no matter what temp you set the thermostat to. Upstairs is wven hotter. 90 degrees. The electric bill over $700 for one month due to having to run the AC 24/7 My Work van was broken into twice. Only lived here since November 2022 8 months and already it's been a nightmare. Roaches rats Maintenance staff is good but now under staffed. There is a lot of dust in the air vents. Have to change filter almost weekly. The cabinets are dated water warped and bathtubs… painted white to then peel off when you bathe or shower. Front entrance door needs to be replaced or painted. Never in my life have I been so hot. I would first off would like to say the office ladies are amazing and very welcoming. The complex is very quiet, everyone is to themselves. My apartment had a few errors to fixes, but overall I would completely recommend to other to come stay here ; especially if this is your first apartment!

I’ve been here for 3 years. I really don’t want to move! Maintenance is quick! I don’t get a lot of break downs, office staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Gym could be updated. Pool is nice! Well lit parking lots! I mean I really can’t complain about this apartment at all! I would highly recommend living here if you’re looking for quiet and safety.

I have been in the property for the past two years, going to three. The new management team is very neglectful. There's been a series of crimes going on in the area, including the property, and their lack of maintaining the property safe is very concerning.

I had one of my trucks stolen from the visitors parking lot, and recently my other vehicle vandalized. We regularly receive information about crimes happening in the property and to be in the lookout for suspicious activities.

Recently, I… attempted to contact the property manager to request feedback about an email I sent her about my incident, which I never heard back from her. At least, empathizing with my issue. The assistant manager responded that "crime happens in Houston, and there was nothing they could do."

I'm well aware of crime rates being high in the area, including nationwide. The lack of empathy and professionalism bothered me. It mainly bothered me because I'm concerned about my family's safety.
I have never given these people any issues to receive this type of response.

Maintenance is always an issue operated by rude maintenance workers. I have never paid my rent late, nor given management a problem. The previous manager was more professional, thoughtful of people’s needs, and less neglectful.

I am upset by the way I got treated. Their lack of professionalism is what drove me to inform other people how much they need to improve professionalism. Perhaps, I would recommend management to take some classes to learn how to emphasize with good tenants, instead of driving them away to do what’s in their power to improve issues. I can’t wait for my lease to be over.
