Beacon at Buffalo Pointe

I have been at the Beacon for some years now and I really don't like the way things have gone down. Not good security, the hallways & elevators are always dirty now, the staff is not friendly, and the residents pay a lot of money to be here for the vibes to not be good by staff. Also, I feel there are not enough activities when I have experienced many activities before this particular staff. Every time I need some work done, maintenance comes within the hour. Great team here. The office staff is getting better. I would say that if I call that office, someone is going to pick up, if they’re in there.

It’s always good energy, the staff is great, maintenance comes the day of reported issues . They keep the property clean , definitely recommend living here 10/10

I have been living at the Beacon for about 4 years now. I love it. The property management is always helpful and nice. My only concern at times is the up keep of the property such as trash in the parking lot, dog poop everywhere and I wish the buildings and walkways would get pressure washed periodically. It’s such a beautiful property, I just wish ppl would treat it that way.

Most of everything is great!
But the dog park is messy with poop a lot.
I have to walk thru other dogs poop just to pick up my dogs poop.
You can’t get out the exit gate or I would walk them on the buffalo speedway road.
I do when the office is open and I can get out easy.
But otherwise the grounds are well kept and the place is quiet and friendly
