It was definitely a rough start, and before moving in, I had heard some negative things about this place, so I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. However, so far my experience has been the complete opposite. Management has been very welcoming, patient, and understanding throughout the process. They’ve made an effort to listen and work with me, which I really appreciate.

A special thank you to Yanique, who has been especially kind, helpful, and understanding. She has made a stressful situation… feel much easier and has always been willing to help. So far, I’m really happy with my experience and I’m glad I gave this place a chance!

I have not been the happiest with this complex lately and i feel it could be better if upper management would listen to the people that's really trying to help and not hinder. Being aggressively rude is not always a good look just because you are the boss, but I do understand we have to deal with all types of people. I loved this place when I first arrived and i feel it could be better if we had a staff that really wanted to help genuinely. Not all staff because I have experienced some great… leadership.
