Braeswood Place is a complex in transition - upgrades happen, cleanliness is now emphasized and the management staff works to ensure communication continues to improve. The big negative is the theft that has gone on in the garage. I understand management is working with the police. I hope there's some solution(s) The location is quite good, the floor plans are varied and comfortable and people... are courteous here.

I have enjoyed living at Braeswood Place for the past year and a half and plan on sticking around for at least another couple of years! The town house units (where I am living) are gorgeous and quiet! However, I don't believe this is well advertised!

Nice place!
We moved in about 4 months ago, we've been very pleased with our spacious living space, quiet community, great common areas and awesome management & maintenance staff!
Nancy is professional and quickly responds to our questions and concerns. Ci Ci & Jay are extremely helpful with everything from the resident app to parking.
Highly recommended!
