We love it here and will continue to rent from this complex for the forseable future. Maintaince is very quick in responding and the office staff is always friendly and willing to help.

Braeswood Place has the potential to easily become a more preferred and recommended place to live. If security and access was improved and the incredible maintenance staff was increased in size to fit the size of the community, this could make a "good" place to live, a "great" place!!

I knew immediately after my tour that Braeswood Place was the place for me! It's close enough to the Medical Center that my work commute is short and sweet, and the easy access to 610 is a huge plus for wanting to go out on the weeknights and weekends with friends. Cici was a huge help with all of my questions and for getting me settled in!

Overall, it is a nice apartment complex. It has good amenities and good apartment interior. Only improvement would be responsiveness of front desk staff.

Maintenance is quick and responsive. Landscaping is coming around.
This is an overall a clean property. I feel pretty safe and would feel better if we had on site security visibility. We have new management and they seem to be friendly and helpful as well. For the most part, Im enjoying my home.
