Maintenance is quick and responsive. Landscaping is coming around.
This is an overall a clean property. I feel pretty safe and would feel better if we had on site security visibility. We have new management and they seem to be friendly and helpful as well. For the most part, Im enjoying my home.

Amenities are somewhat new
Pool should be cleaner
Manager doesn’t return emails and landscaping could be upgraded
