Brisa is a place I have called home for the last 5 yrs, It's a central location for my needs (work, grocery stores, daycares and schools) that's my WHY

It’s a very nice complex overall, with better maintenance, management, cleanliness, and amenities compared to many other places. However, the main concern is security. There’s no visible security patrol, especially during nighttime, which creates a sense of vulnerability. Improving security presence—particularly after dark—would make a big difference. Once, someone tried to break into our apartment by tampering with the door lock. On another occasion, there was an attempted car theft—someone... smashed my car window and damaged the ignition while trying to steal it. Lovely apartments in the locality to stay and feel secure!!
Maintenance has always been their top priority.
Ample amount of parking space along with pet parks and beautiful yet small play area for kids!

Things have been mostly great here except the property grounds could be taken better care of and resident complaints taken more seriously.
I'm glad to see that it seems to be tightening up in terms of notices going out and one thing I've always loved about the Brisa is the lack of bugs and roaches around
