Roaches and millipedes everywhere. No matter what floor you’re on. Car tire theft is a problem due to gate access. Gates are broken and not available often. I’ve never had these kinds of issues with previous properties. However, management is kind and involved in finding solutions quickly. I understand some things are above them. Common community spaces are well kept as well.
