My experience so far…
I’ve been living at Broadstone Oliver for several months, and my experience has been a mix of positives and negatives. The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick (usually 24–48 hours), and the amenities are clean with good community events. The location is also convenient with stores and food options nearby.
However, there are some issues worth noting. The train noise is constant since the building is between two tracks, and the elevators/security doors break more often than expected for a new... property. There are also several monthly add-on fees through Greystar that increase the total cost of rent.
My biggest concern was a package theft inside the building. UPS delivered a package directly to my door in a controlled-access hallway on October 11th, and it was stolen sometime before October 15th. I filed a police report, but management stated “Broadstone Oliver is not responsible for missing packages,” even though this delivery wasn’t through Fetch. I also learned there are no cameras in the hallways, so there was no footage to help.
Overall, it’s a decent community with good staff and amenities, but residents should be aware of the noise, maintenance issues, hidden fees, and the need to take extra precautions with packages.

Its a standard practice to not have cameras in the hallway due to privacy of other residents. The implementation of Fetch is a great service to provide an in person direct delivery to each resident for their packages. Please accept our apologies of the delay in resolving our third elevator repair due to delays in international parts arrival needed to complete repairs. We would continue to work hard to maintain our 3 elevators in operations for our residents.
